    Resting heart rate question

BP is good anywhere from 129/64 to 145/76

Resting heart rate is high 90 -105, at doc office they count it as 80-88 but BP monitor at home has it at the 90-105
My BP was marginally high a couple years ago but I got back on a healthy diet that is why I have a BP monitor.

maybe u should check ur pulse with 2 fingers on the carotid artery and a digital watch?

90 isnt too high, mine used to regularly be 90 when i was out of shape and drank beer everyday. now it is around 50-60..

Probably the drinking diet has gotten much better over the last 2 years and I have always hit the gym......the drinking still needs some tightening up.

    Scotch or Vodka, straight.

I use spark by advocate sometimes but heart rate is like that even I have not drank one of those.

    Rarely drink coffee.

On weekends maybe a vodka and diet rockstar.

    No clen, ephedrine, dmaa

if you really want to get to the bottom of it, check your thyroid function and do an EKG.

To get a true heat rate and BP check it first thing when you wake before you get up and move around .

AD had GP office EKG to verify nothing abnormal approx 1 year ago. No stress test I think that would give me piece of mind thanks

AZ , I've done that a few times and BP, HR are both great, HR is 68-72. I just figured it wasn't a true resting HR cuz I am upright 17-18 hours per day.

the correct way to find your resting heart rate..

wear the hrt monitor to bed, upon waking in the morning without an alarm and without putting your feet on the floor at that moment that will be your resting heart rate..

there are machines and charts (that's what your doc uses) to determine what your resting hrt rate is..

but this is close as you'll come..

Kepp in mind...HR is different for everyone. What may be slightly high for some is normal for others
