Question 25 Years Old, First Cycle

Hello all, I'm new here, and have been reading up on AAS for a while and finally decided to start talking to some people, instead of just reading and soaking in information. I just turned 25 and am contemplating my first cycle ever. Here is my cycle and PCT plan:

    Cycle:

    Wk 1-12 Testosterone Enanthate = 250mg twice/wk e3.5d
    Wk 1-12 Aromasin 12.5mg ED
    Wk 1-14 hCG = 250iu twice/wk & day before test injection.

    PCT:

Week Nolvadex HCG Aromasin Vitamin E
    15 20mgs/day 500iu/day 20mgs/day 1,000iu/day
    16 20mgs/day 500iu/day 20mgs/day 1,000iu/day
    17 20mgs/day 500iu/day 20mgs/day 1,000iu/day
    18 20mgs/day 20mgs/day
    19 20mgs/day
    20 20mgs/day

Also, I'm planning on getting blood work done from Private MD Labs, their Hormone Panel for Males & Follicle-stimulating Hormone (FSH) and Luteinizing Hormone (LH) test. I will test before I start my cycle, every month during my cycle, week 18 PCT, and 2-4 weeks after completion of PCT.

For liver, joint and heart support, I will be using Aegis, Achilles, and Talos from Antaeus Labs. I also take a basic multi-vitamin, and omegas, as well as enzymes for food digestion, and systemic enzymes for tissue repair. As far as my diet goes, I eat as much as I want, but keep all the food clean, all organic, sweet potatoes, oatmeal, sprouted bread, hummus, cherries, coconut macaroons, coconut oil, beef, pork, eggs, whey (Metabolic Nutrition - Protizyme), goat milk, and I juice vegetables (kale, celery, carrots, beets, cilantro, ginger, lemon, asparagus). My daily calorie intake is never lower than 3,000. Usually around 4,000 to 5,000 daily.

My goal from this cycle is to ideally add 20 pounds of muscle, but I would be happy if I keep 10 after it's all done with.

Any advice would be helpful. I'm new to this, but am willing to learn...

whats your stats and gym experience

    Height: 5'9"
    Weight: 160 lbs.
    Bodyfat is currently unknown.

I've been working out for 6 years. I started with basic, high rep lifting for 2 years, then focused on endurance cardio for 2 years, did kettlebell training for 1 year after that, and have been doing HIT for the past year.

    Bench: 205lbs., 5 sets x 5 reps
    Barbell Row: 205lbs., 5 sets x 5 reps
    Deadlift: 215lbs., 5 sets x 5 reps
    Squat: 305lbs., 10 sets x 25 reps
    Military Press: 160lbs., 5 sets x 5 reps

These are my current lifting stats. I do this rotation in 5 consecutive days, then rest for two. Then add 5 pounds to each exercise for the next rotation. If I feel I can handle it, I add 10 pounds.

Need to get your BF % for advice. You seem to be on the lighter side. May not be a safe cycle for you. Have you had your diet evaluated to gain naturally first?

Yeah, everyone in my family is super skinny, and it's very unnatural for someone to be lifting; Not really sure what my genetic potential is. However, I'm the tallest and biggest at the family reunion. I've had people in my family ask me if my body is swollen because lifting is so unheard of. As far as diet, I've had a nutritionist tell me that I should eat more carbs. Holding water is never a problem for me. As far as protein intake, I always make sure I get 1 gram per pound of body weight per day, at the very least. My carb tolerance is extremely high, I can get away with eating 2-4 entire loaves of bread in a day and not gain fat.

Ok. I still think you should let our pro's in the diet section take a look at your diet. Anyway, if you insist on this cycle...

    1. Aromasin needs to be dosed at 25mg daily on cycle. You can run this up to PCT.
    2. PCT should not include Aromasin. You'll need to run Clomid at 75/50/50/50 and Nolva at 40/20/20/20 (start 2 weeks after last Test injection)

Got it. I'll find a way to measure body fat and post it A.S.A.P.

And I'll head over to diet section and see what they say. Better to be safe than sorry.

After reading what you have to say, it doesn't look like I'll be doing the cycle, but if I do, just to make sure I'm understanding this correctly...the PCT you're suggesting would run 4 weeks, involving Clomid at 75/50/50/50 and Nolva at 40/20/20/20, no HCG nor vitamin E, and not the lengthy 6 week one I found?

    I appreciate the support

I only commented on the changes you should make. Everything else looked good. You should always use hCG. Test e cycle should be 12 weeks. Vitamin e is good. Always take it with your EFA's to protect the fatty acids.

So I took some tests online that figure out body fat percentage, and each of them gave me different numbers, ranging from 6.5% to 10% which was confusing and unreliable in my opinion...

I've decided to take some pictures and maybe you can give me a better average?

BTW, with the lifting stats that I posted earlier, I use a thick bar (2.5 inch diameter), note sure if that makes a difference...(never used a standard bar)

Coming from you, that's a real compliment

I've been reading up on the nutrition section, gonna hold off from the cycle for now.
I've also got a few more questions but will see if I can research it myself and save you the trouble.

Hey austinite, just wanted to thank you for the nutrition reference. In the week since I last posted about a cycle, I changed my diet, mainly increasing my protein intake. And I've gotta say, it's made a huge difference. My strength has gone through the roof. I was stuck believing that adding 5 lbs. to each exercise, after a rotation, would always be my norm. But since changing my diet, I've added 10 lbs. and I feel I can handle adding 15 lbs. (which is what I will doing) The workouts were just too easy! I'm eager to see where this strength increase goes. My ultimate goal is to simply weigh 180 lbs. and keep the 6.5-10% body fat, nothing crazy. I'm still gonna get blood work done and see where I'm naturally at right now, as I should be around my peak, just turning 25. When I'm older and really in serious need of testosterone, then I'll consider it.

Good Job, Champ. Stay powerful my friend.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH! That's a joke right? ...I feel I'm a twig. Maybe my weight is lower cause I do whole body detoxes periodically, and genetics? As a kid I used to do boxing, American kick boxing, and muay thai for fun. And my general demeanor is do everything as fast as possible, restless, type A personality.

If that was serious though, I appreciate it.
