THAT is a great piece of advice. I never though to do that. And actually i can see that working VERY well and being extremely advantageous for several reasons.
I will use my first set during the Challenge to "warm up." And if you guys are anything like me, i always
feel twice as strong during my second set. I figure i will have 40-50 reps rattled off in the first two sets. Third set will be 20-25 and then 10-15 the remainder of the Challenge. Of course this is simply my armchair theory at this point.
But i believe this way, you reserve your gas for about 4 sets at least. My .02
