Thought I should post my 1st cycle adventure.
GENERAL INFO:
Im 35 and always been muscular but too small! Wanted to put on some mass.
- Height: 5' 8"
- Starting weight 140lbs
- Ending weight 170lbs
- After PCT… TBD
- Training on and off for years but no commitment or plan.
Once started I would have 3 high protein/carb meals and 3 protein/carb shakes in-between with last one before bed, or cup of cottage cheese and 2 tbsp of peanut butter
(200-250g of protein per day, didn't count carbs but I just ate tons)
Tried to eat clean, with occasional fast-food burger, and no alcohol.
Supplements:
- Two 1 a day multivitamins (rainbow brand) one in morning, one at night
- 5-10 of creatine
- Two omega pills (1300) one in morning, one at night
- Week 10-14, started taking 4g of B5 split morning/night (for pimples)
Wellbeing:
- Never felt more aggressive or irritated
- Felt tired more, mainly because my body was in a constant state of repairing
- Sexual drive went up only in weeks 8-14
- No gyno signs
- Got pimples all over body starting in week 7, solved it with vitamin B5 4g per day
WEEK 1
Started with 2 shots of ethane (250 each) using 1" 23 gauge needles (My Gear hadn't come yet so used friends, he is on TRT and only had 1ML needles). I HATE needles, but I threw them in my upper/outer glutes and... WOW, didn't feel a thing!! Way easier then I thought. Left side was hard though...
Next day I felt like someone gave me charlie horses in each butt cheek, which lasted for about 5 days… yeah it hurt!
No effects…
WEEK 2
Another 2 shots, and more next day charlie horse pain which lasted another 5 days.
Water weight 10lbs, up to 150lbs
Legs started to feel tight and pumped all the time, as well so arms and other muscles. I attribute this to the water gain.
WEEK 3
2 shots, more injection pain but only for 3-4 days
13+lbs, strength increasing but no visual effects, still pumped muscles.
WEEKS 4-6
Using my gears now of Cypionate, 500mg using 22 gauge, 1.5" needle, yeah that was scary, but never hurt throwing it in like a dart, and alternating sides each week.
NOTE: Tried going in slow once and you hit the nerves just below the skin, which you shoot past if you go in quick.
up 20+lbs and noticing strength and size gains now. Muscles still feel pumped all the time.
Everyone stared to say DAMN! You got big! What are you doing? What are you taking? What is your workout!!!
WEEKS 7-9
Starting to get pimples now all over legs, arms, and a few random places like stomach and sides. Searched forms and all I could find is the standard back acne, but these seemed different. I tried the Oxy wash, sylactic acid, and spraying some tea tree oil on. This seemed to help a bit but not that much.
up 25-30lbs (170 at night and 165 in morning)
This is where I really noticed the strength and mass coming in. It seemed that my water weight stared to go down and muscle went up. Muscles no longer felt pumped up.
WEEKS 10-14
Read about vitamin B5 (pantothenic acid) for pimples. I bought the NOW brand of 500mg per pill and stared taking 4 in the morning and 4 at night. Pimples IMMEDIATELY stopped and haven't' had a new one since, so if you have this problem, try the B5!
Haven't gained much weight in the last month but it seems that my water weight and a bit of fat has been trading places with some more muscle growth? Strength continued to Increase.
Example of strength gains. These are my working reps of 6-8x4, I never did my max… sorry
Bench: 135 - 190
Squat: 135 - 185 (bad form knees stared to feel it, so backed off in week 7)
Leg Press: 180 - 410
Seated Calf Raise: 110 - 180
Deadlift: 135 - 245
Hamstring Curl: 120 - 160
Im going to start my PCT in 2 weeks:
day 1 150mg clomid, 60mg nolva
day 2-11 100mg clomid (split 2 doses per day ), 40mg nolva
day 12-21 50mg clomid, 20mg nolva.
I'll post my PCT results down the road.
2 weeks now since last shot, no changes emotionally,physically or in workout.
