    I was copying and pasting a my next cycle for some pointers but the spam filters won't let me any suggestions?

    Be patient with that bro. It will settle down after 40 or 50 posts i believe,. It in place to weed out any one time members looking to cause trouble or spam.

    Stick around and try not to post links and keep them fairly simple until you reach 40 or so posts. You be very glad you did.
