beginner need help!

Hey guys I new to this site and I just wana get some advice on starting my first oral cycle. I know that it causes more damage to your body and all that but I cannot do injection steroids. can you guys give me some advice on what products to get for my first oral cycle? Thanks!

No help here mate. Oral cycels will shut down your test levels how well do you think you think you will function with no test? If you cant do injections your not ready for aas.

But are oral cycles even effective then? if I have no other choice I can do injections but I figured oral would be easier.

Easier is not better and if you are not ready for injections you are not ready for aas. 99% of the time people dont want to do injections because of lack of education and they are YOUNG/Kids...

I take in 200 grams of protein, 50 grams of fat and 50 of carbs
on a side not do you recommend I change the diet in any ways?

Your two young for aas your body is still growing wait till your at least 24.

Body fat is still to high. Should be below 15%
5' 10" you should easily reach 200 lbs 12% body fat before considering starting aas.

Im not sold on this low bf before going on theroy. The sides can be managed. And look at power lifters those guys are fat as and i bet there on aas

Yes they can but why put high octane gas into a stock or higher mileage car? You just dont get the bang for the buck like you do in a top notch performance engine. It's not just about sides but what you get out of the cycle. The better shape you are in the more you will get out of it. I know when I'm in shape, sub 15% closer to 12% its because I am working harder, more intense and I will get better gains.

Guess I'll say it, before someone else does. Hit the diet forum here and reach ur natural potential first.
