been reading for a few years, now need advice

ok... so ive been reading on here the last few years and finnaly decided to pull the trigger and do more then just cardio. I have a few questions im sure I could find a few articles that would help me and I have found several but none that directly answer my questions. I am 23 years old, 16 percent body fat, I have pretty good cardio and just do the normal work out routine that ive been doing for years, which is not much, but I have a high paced job that keeps me more then in shape. so heres what I want to know:

    1. fist off is diet. honestly I hate healty food such as vegtables besides things like carrots. other then that all I eat really is meat and fruit. if I have to bite the bullet and eat a few things I don't like I will but im actually looking for a diet that would work well, maybe not the very best but well eating things that I like so that way ill be more likely to stick to it.

    2. I have never taken steroids before and I realize that im a little young just yet to be doing it but its something id like to try anyways. as of right now I have a cycle of both tren and test 250. what I would like to know is efectivly the doses to take these. do I need to take one of the two first and possibly stack the other somewhere in the middle of the first? both at the same time? this may be novice questions, but then again im just starting out. ive read hundreds of articles and none of them really give me the same answers.

3.I also have a very mild case of what ive read many people on here call "puffy nipples". its not a huge concern but I would like to see this go away as quickly as possible, so id like to do this right not make it worse. any tips would be much appreciated.

Welcome. You should repost your diet questions in the nutrition section, your AAS questions in the Anabolic Q&A section and your nipple problem post that in the lounge. The members in those areas are very knowledgeable and should be able to provide you with the most help.

    Welcome to the board mate!
Regarding eating. Reason most fail when it comes to eating is that they will only eat what tastes good. There is another, more important reason to eat, and that is because it is good for you. Learn to eat for this reason, and just suck up the fact what you eat may not always be as tasty as you like.
    Peace!

Hi and welcome. I promote the diet aspect as most valuable but I myself aren't good with it and if you go to the nutrition site as they said you can do much with out steroids. You will hear this from most all that have experienced Tren. So I will be cool ad only mention it once. For a first cycle and being so young I suggest you don't start with Tren at all until you have done a few cycles so you know what's up and how to work it with it's sides. crazy mike
