    Training Log

Does anybody use these? I'm trying to have a more structured training plan and I believe this will help.

Where can I find online a place to buy a training log? Something small that I can carry around with me at the gym and record my workouts and results?

    Thanks
    DP

I use a notebook. Works very well for me. Just flip back to previous wrokouts to see weight, reps etc. Helps me make progress by knowing exactly what I did last time for said movement and try to progress a bit with more weight, more rep, less recovery time, etc.
