My first post here and I would like to start with a question wich I am sure you guys can help me.
I did a test + deca cycle which by the way was my first cycle for 10 weeks and I believe my diet and train were responsible for the gains not the gear, as I didn't put any weight but recovery, strength went up good.
However, some friends told me the gear must be of bad quality as I didn't gain any weight.
Test 250 + deca 300 twice a week for 10 weeks. Endosyn Lab. Eating 7 x a day, maybe just didn't had as much carbs as I should but quality food and protein intake as it should be for my weight.
I am not looking to blow up but few kilos of good weight and I have some t bols that I want to try at a lower dose to see how I react to it.
What you guys could say about that?
