    Vitamin K possible sides

For no reason, so don't get on me please, I upped my dosage of vitamin K. So little did I know what sides it may have. I have been sleepy all the time, have NO appetite to the point I can't force feed and get it down. I've had many headaches. My thirst level has gone thru the roof with extreme dry mouth. So this is burning my tongue.
I found out that I had been taking 2-1/2 times what I should be taking and ALL of these sides that I described are specific to vitamin - K So thta's it and the description of all the common sides of "K". ....crazy mike

Regular dose is max 2000 iu a day. I was doing 4-6000iu a day. The sides are strong. my wife has having trouble understanding me ( just a little) because of my dry mouth being just as bad as you could imagine. ...crazy mike, ya think

You shouldn't be supplementing vitamin K unless you have a bleeding disorder, especially at your age. It promotes blood clotting and works opposite of blood thinners.

It is the antidote to Warfarin when people over dose on it that only because vitamin K is requires for the clotting cascade to proceed why would you be taking that much vitamin k.

Guys you only hear what you want to hear. AND some of you just can't go without letting someone know how much smarter you are by making them look small with their obvious STUPID thinking or not thinking, Did you read this "For no reason, so don't get on me please, I upped my dosage of vitamin K. So little did I know what sides it may have.
    Hey call me crazy. I don't mind..................mike

PS. No reason, don't know, stupid, don't know why, does that answer the last question.

Ok, so are you at least going to stop taking it before you die from a dislodged blood clot?
