    VAR & Shortness of breath?

    Anyone else besides me experience this?

    Age may be the cause
    I have ran 100 ed and I dont remember cause I am.always out of breath but the pump you feel on var makes sense. With all the blood flow going to the muscle your working

    gotta love all these jabs from blokes half my age?

    it's not just when working out, but all day in general.

    So i came off and 75% improvement in 48 hours.

    I was getting it in afghanistan too, but due to the high elevation of where I lived, just thought the shortness of breath was due to elevation.

    The elevation most DEFINITELY can do that. When I go out to British columbia and snowboard high in the backcountry and ride Whistler blackcomb I will get shortness of breath at times.

    Anavar on the other hand has NEVER done that to me, if anything I see it enhances my breathing endurance when doing HIIT or long rounds of cardio and or playing sports.

    I really never experienced shortness of breath from var.

    I get the opposite ....just bad shin pumps if you will that limit my cardio but endurance wise it seems to help me. ie low intensity long duration I can go and go , high intensity the pumps get to me.

    last july it was high at 56. I've done a few things to manage it a little better......
