From everything I read I gathered that it would be best to only pin the affected muscle directly after a workout...I'll be pinning IGF soon and I won't be doing it on non lift days.

That's what I did, post workout only.

Atomini ran it 50mcg Pre workout and 100mcg on non workout days. 4 weeks on / 4 weeks off
and he is who he is sooo i would follow that cuz he reported awesome gains and energy
