Welcome aboard. Don't search google, search this board. But if you have low T at age 22 you should see an endo to determine the cause. Also, as already said--hit the nutrition section. Post a sample of your daily meals so we can ensure your diet is on track.

    Welcome to the board mate!

Have you been going to the gym? Nothing in your thread suggests anything about whether or not you exercise

Diet is the key to everything, as you have allready been told.
I tell all friends when I see them busting their arse in the gym trying to loose weight.

I guarantee them they will lose more weight in 3 months not stepping foot in the gym by following a strict and properly laid out diet plan, than continuing to hit the gym "hard" and not looking after their diet.. This is true, but not many people listen for some reason....

Gotta get that diet dialed in, also spend tons of time researching steroids so when the time comes you will be ready and know how to safely use them as to not grow bitch tits or get a limp dick for life.

Hey man you have to calculate your TDEE and take down abound 500-700 kcal

From your picture I can see decent muscle covered by fat, get your diet in check over in our nutrition forum add some cardio and you can be ready for beach without any chemicals!!

    Good luck

What macros are you eating at?

    What training are you doing?

    What cardio are you doing?

I use the 40/40/20 ratio myself...

So I eat 1650 calories a day, and 40% of my calories come from protein, 40% come from carbs, and 20% of my cals come from fats.

I am doing weight training 4-5 times a week and cardio 3 times a week

Welcome. You can go to the gym for as many years as you want. If you're not eating right your muscles won't build an your fat won't go away. Maybe you should go to the nutrition side of the forums and seek advice from there. If you simply can't lose weight and have a healthy diet then maybe you need to consult a doctor.... May be a thyroid problem. As far as you not being able to retain muscle...... What do your work outs look like? your body tends to get used to workouts if you dont change up your routine every so often. Do you max on weight lifting or do you stay in your comfort zone? Lol good luck to you.

Your "gym" coach (aka dealer) is a moron and should learn to keep his mouth shut when it comes to talking about things he knows nothing about. Your hormonal system is still developing, and taking steroids now will mess with this development.

It's doubtful your test levels are "low". What is your total/free test levels?

You should educate yourself and learn all you can about proper diet as it relates to body building. You build mass by learning to eat properly. Typically, you would/should eat minimum 500 cals/day above your TDEE, and do it cleanly as well. This means no soda pop, no pizza, only drink water, etc. Hit up the nutrition section to learn more.
