Testoviron trying for the first time

Ok here is where I will start. I have never tried a cycle where you needed to inject. I have tried a cycle of clembuteral and liked it. When I was on clem I did not follow my diet very well but still saw results. I have 10 ML of Testoviron. Before I try I am trying to figure out how much I should take and when and how long of a cycle I should do. First off I'm 24 years old 6'5 275 pounds. Growing up I was very active in sports and now I have to go hard at the gym If i want to stay active as well as other sports to. But here are my questions and concerns. How much should I start off by taking. How many doses a week. I work shiftwork so my working hours are all over the place. Also what else should I be taking with this product. Estrogen blockers or what I am fairly new to this and will take all the help I can get before I get into something without knowing everything I want to about it.

Bro before you do anything I suggest you do some research. You can start by reading the stickys. This is for your safety and will answer a lot of your questions.

Judging by these questions you have a lot of research to do before you're ready for a cycle. What we tend to do here is let you suggest a cycle, including doses, PCT, AI etc. Then we can correct anything you have done wrong.

Firstly, we need to know more about you. We have your height and weight, BF%?. So if you can calculate your TDEE for us using the formula in this link (http://forums.steroid.com/nutrition-...penditure.html)

Secondly, we need you to write us an accurate diet. What do you eat daily? We need you to include the protein/carb/fat/calories for this!

Finally, what is your training experience? How long have you properly been weightlifting?

Answer all of this and we can maybe move on to when/if you should cycle!

I have been actively trainning for 3 years on and off but the last 6 months have been steady with no more then a day or two off. as where I am looking to cut weight I tend to have my carbs early in the morning and cut them out as the day goes on.

Example for breakfast 3 pieces of french toast using egg whites and multigrain bread, 3 pieces of turkey bacon and watermelon.
Lunch would be a can of tuna mixed thrown in with a garden salad. with grapes or nuts
Usually a protein bar or low carb shake would be eaten after lunch then I would go lift.
Supper consists of a large serving of vegetables chicken breast and a sweet potato.
another fruit would be had about 2 hours after and before bed a casein protein shake with a tbsp of peanut butter

That will be your BMR. You need to multiply that by a modifier, depending upon how active you are.

No offence but, until you learn how to diet you should steer clear of any thoughts of using AAS. Not only will you be very unhappy with the results you will put yourself at a higher risk of side effects cycling that high. Most people on this board would recommend a max of 15% I'd personally recommend 12%. That would mean you dropping at least 30lbs of fat.

Your TDEE is approx 3000cals. I'd like to see you post a diet, in the nutrition forum, with a calorie amount of 2500 with a macro breakdown of

    50% protein
    30% carbs
    20% fat

Read the nutrition stickies that Krugerr has referred you to.

    See you over there

no offence but I used to weigh 330 pounds two years ago and I have been living a healthy lifestyle ever since diet is not my problem. I'm aware to gain muscle you have to eat clean and eat more. I have skin around my belly when I did not care about life I don't think there is anything wrong with me wanting to look my absolute best. By no means is this an arguement but everyone has their story beyond the front cover

It's great that you have lost that much weight and I applaud you for it

Even so, at 25% you will not be able to 'see' any gains that you do make and your potential sides of, and not limited to, high blood pressure, gynecomastia, severely increased estrogen levels, can all be exacerbated. It is in our best interests to encourage you to cycle as healthily as possible, to do that sub 15% really is a better option.

I would encourage you to cut naturally until you drop down to the desired %. I know you have had great results yourself but we have a great nutrition forum which is a great resource for a lot of experienced people and i recommend you post your plan there for critique.

    Thanks for reading.

Ended up taking a 12 week cycle of it and the results were outstanding. I could maybe only do 3 dips before I started and by the end I was able to do 25 dips with a 45 pound plate hanging from my waist can't wait to get back into it but would like to try something else
