First jab

Got my first jab next week, doing it my self and frankly I'm shitting myself. I've read and read guides, experiences and watched videos.... Apart from growing a pair and manning the hell up is there anything you'd recommend to over come the nerves or make life easier?

Chill, relax and take your time, we all went through this and after a couple of shots you'll wonder what all the fuss was about. Good luck with it mate and keep us posted on how it went....

You could try humming kumbaya and rubbing your ears perhaps.

I like the humming and kumbaya idea, perhaps light some candles and play some relaxing jazz... Hahaha.

I ran a couple of oral only cycles in the past stupidly when I was miss informed and naive.

I'm running 400mg test e per week
Aromasin everyday
Hcg throughout cycle at 500iu per week
Pct is clomid and nolva with hcgenerate.

Oh and I'm running dbol at 25mg a day for 6 weeks, the test is being run for 12 weeks.

I know the general consensus is test only, however I have cycled dbol only previously at much higher doses so just doing this as a little boost to start the "real" cycle.

Ps I know I was a nob for running dbol only in the past, if only id done my research like I should have. Guys thinking of doing oral only, don't!!!

I remember my first jab and my forehead was a little moist. And I am 100% NOT bothered by needles.

If your are really concerned, take a bag of frozen veggies put it on your ass for a couple of minutes. Wipe with alcohol, put the needle against yoiur cheek, press, push it it in pull it out wipe again and put your big boy pants on.

OP, pin and make sure to aspirate. Take your time. You'll be fine. I recommend glutes for you staying in the upper half. Don't pin lower glute.
