    Extreeme weight loss post cycle

I'm not too sure what's going on here but I'm experiencing some extreme weight loss during my PCT. I was 15% bf @ 205lbs pre cycle and did a 12 week cycle of var and test cyp. At my heaviest I was 225 and around 14%bf. I'm going into week 3 of my PCT of nolva/clomid and I've noticed that I am really really lean. I'm currently 190 and about 8% bf. I've kept my calories up around 2800/day (eating super clean) and I feel like ice kept my gains so far. Is this normal? I haven't experienced anything like this before.

Are you sure you were actually 14% when you finished? You could have been holding a ton of water, making it look like you were higher bf than you atually were

You lost 35lbs in the first 3 weeks of going OFF?
From 225 to 190? That's gotta be more than just water loss...
    What is the diet like?
    How's the libido?
How long are you in the gym training now that you are OFF?

I'm no expert, but IMO that's a lot of weight loss at your stats, & those are valid questions that might help.

My cycle was cyp - 500mg 12 weeks and var 12 weeks (40/60/80) and HCG 250mg 2X's week.

Previous cycle was sustanon and var for 12 weeks. Much the same as above

This is true...I was measured with callipers and that was the number they came up with.

    Yes 35lbs

Diet is good and clean. Anywhere from 2800-3000 cal/day

Libido suffered at first but is coming back slowly but surely.

I'm in the gym 5 days a week still with my rest days being wed/sat. I have been running 10k 2x's per week...

Why are you doing so much cardio on pct? pct should have started 14 days after last pin. That still shouldnt account for that much weight loss though...

I just love to run. It's a great outlet for me. U think I should cut it out?

I personally wouldnt cut it out because of the many cardiovascular benefits that running provide you with but I would lower down the amount to say 5k twice a week versus 10k twice a week and if youre really good at counting calories and it seems as you are then up the caories a bit from your current 2800-3000 TO 3000-3300.Try it out.

    Definitely.
Also - I read recently that you should keep the weight training short & sweet while on PCT.
Too much lifting in PCT can hinder natural testosterone levels coming back up.
(30 minutes of solid lifting, and get outta there!!)

As for the weight loss, that's quite a bit. Perhaps you just need FOOD!
