    Injury in first week of cycle

    Hey everyone,

    First post here, have an injury question I need some advice on.

    I started a beginner's stack this week (1cc test 2x week/25mg Dbol every day), and I sprained my back yesterday swinging a kettlebell. I don't think it's anything severe, but it hurts enough that it'll probably lay me up for at least a few days, maybe a week or two at most.

    Should I continue to take my cycle as is or stop until I'm able to get back to the gym again?

    Sounds like a Dbol pump/cramp possibly. Give it a few days and see what happens. Put ice on it several times a day, not heat.
