Hi all, I've been reading these forums for a while and find this place a great source of info.
I was diagnosed low T some time back and am on a test injection protocol. I'm currently in my mid-thirties. During this time and probably before even the TRT, I've noticed that I don't get spontaneous erections like I did five years ago or so, and I need direct stimulation in the bedroom to get things up (and this can still sometimes take a few minutes). I need the direct stimulation when taking care of things on my own as well. I don't get erections from visual stimulation or even making out, etc., like I used to. I take 5mg Cialis daily which seems like it worked well at first but I'm not sure it is doing anything anymore.
I don't think I have libido issues as I do want sex and it is about the first thing I think of when I talk to an even remotely attractive woman. I also get erections at night and have easy morning wood.
I'm going to talk to my doctor the next time I see him, but I'm curious as to what I should expect and if I'm setting my erection expectations too high. After a few minutes of manual stimulation I'm usually good to go, but five years ago I'd still get random woods throughout the day.
Not an easy topic for me so I appreciate the input.
