    push pull workout

    can someone give me a really a good one i been training for 3 years and i never did this and wanted to try it out but cant really figure out a good one

    When you doing legs? with pull or on its own?

    How many days a week are you able to train? What is you lifting experience?

    Legs are both push and pull muscles. Quads are your push muscles. Hamstrings are your pull muscles.
