    Making own preworkout - opinions???

    I think I'm going to go with:
    L-Citrulline
    L-Arginine
    L-Tyrosine
    Beta Alanine
    AAKG
    Caffeine

    Not sure on dosages I figured I'd have to mess with those to get them to fit me but what do you guys think about the ingredients themselves??

    5g arginine
    6g beta alanine
    Caffeine pill

    Feels lovely . And is dirt cheap

    Love it. Are you making them? I purchase powders and cap these myself. Saves $100's. You doing any Carnitine?

    I've just been putting a tea spoon of each in a cup and slamming it.

    Not the best method, arginine tastes like a dirty jock strap. What other bulk powders would serve as a good addition for pre workout?

    Wasn't there some threads floating around here lately that carnitine is bad ? I was on vacation and lost track of the debate

    Lysine and Cystine are good to me.

    this looks good. personally, i'd dump the beta alanine, add 2 grams of glutamine and some very fast burning protein powder if there's any doubt you've consumed enough protein prior to workout.

    Plus I usually eat two bananas right before driving to the gym

    I read a lot about supplements beta alanine and apparently it does a lot of good. Who knows though, I like the way it makes me tingle ... He he he
