I am 24 years old 5'11 and 215 lbs. I dont know my body fat % sorry.
I know a picture is hard to tell so i apologize for not having more exact stats.
I do lift weight but havent been in the gym for a while now so got quite out of shape.
Do you think i should cut down and get rid of all the excess weight i carry on my stomach, chest, thighs and ass and build up my cardio and conditioning first?
Or do you think i should just start bulking up and get a diet plan figured out and hit the gym hard?
