    New to this, need some advice.

    Hey all, I'm new to all this so I need some advice where to start and how to get started. What should my ideal bf percentage be? What's a good beginner cycle? Was thinking anavar and test e for first cycle. Here's my stats if it helps

    190 lbs
    5'9"
    19% bf

    Thanks all for the welcome. I have been reading and learning and repeating. Up until recently I thought the same about gear as most people that it was bad and had horrible side effects til I found this site and started to read up on it. Great site and lots of good info. Looking forward to my first cycle and posting my results.
