Thanks for that website, seems very useful. Do you have any say if its worth taking?
Like he said L-citrulline is better as a suppliment because its more bio available. These two aminos are part of the uric acid cycle. Now while it dosnt do that much for endurance mid exercise and I belive its vasodialation properties are negligible, what is dose do well is decrease the onset of muscle sorness and possibly speed recovery. If you are gonna suppliment with this buy a bulk powder as you will need in excess of 5g per serving.
While this dose have an effect I feel its not worth the money in my personal opinion, better spent on nutritious food which is getting less and less cheap lol.
It's absolutely worth taking.

Should I take on top of a pre-workout supplement I'm already taking? Currently taking MusclePharm, and that already has nitric acid correct?

Whatever that musclepharm is, don't worry about whether it's taken with arginine or not. Arginine should be taken several times a day, with a heavier dose pre-workout. Arginine doesn't know what time of day it is. It works regardless. But it's nice pre-workout for that extra pump and motivating vascularity.

MusclePharm is a pre-workout supplement that also is known to give you more pumps and energy. So I was wondering if It would be ideal to take both a the same time.

Couldn't find any micronized, but I did find a capsule bottle that has Citrulline with it. I believe thats the way to go.
