    Who here does cardio?

    What's up guys?

    Who here trains their cardiovascular system? Yes, you might occasionally go for a jog here and there, I'm not talking about that.

    My REAL question is: Who here trains their cardiovascular system routinely? (I.e., running 30 minutes 3 times a week)

    Should be interesting results, cheers

    Everyone except Kelkel.

    30 minutes 3 times a week would be "Here and there"

    45 minutes every day. No days off from cardio unless I'm sick.

    I do high intensity cardio 45 minutes once every 4 days. I keep it to a minimum when I'm bulking, but I still try and keep my heart and lungs healthy and my metabolism high.

    I'll tell you what though, if I did 45 minutes everyday I don't think I have enough money for all the food I'd consume

    lol, good point! I should slow down. the older I get the harder it is to shed.

    Every day at least 45 minutes. Unless Im hiking or mountain biking then its alot longer than that.

    i walk from the car park to the gym and back, 4-5 days/week..
