I want to log my first cycle, for me to keep track of how I'm feeling/progressing throughout. I have done it here, to share my experiences with others.
My stats:
Height: 5.11
Weight: 211Llb
BF%: 14 - Most likely slightly lower but I'm erring on the side of caution
Age: 24
Training: 8 years
I'm eating about 4k clean Kcals a day.
Before cycle, Im repping deadlifts 495Llb. Repping squats 363Llb, Repping Bench press 264Llb.
I have been training for a long time now, since I started college at the age of 16. Even though I was growing, I really didn't appreciate the power of food! I have put alot of time into the research of food & it has really paid off.
To give you an idea of my progress, 3 years ago, I weight 170Llb. This may not sound like a great size increase to some, but I'm happy with it. i grew up a stereotypical ectomorph, although now tend to fit the description of a meso.
The cycle I'm going with is Test C & Deca . However I know some of you are going to warn me off using more then just Test. I have an incredibly well informed source, that I have no reason to not take his advice. He is a friend, so I am not just some wannabe juicer guy to make money from.
As it's my first cycle, in the interest of keeping things simple, I'm using:
250MG Test C EW
200MG Deca EW
I have tamox & Clomid ready.
I am planning on running this for around 14 Weeks, with the possibility of increasing doses. I know tapering doses is rather unheard of these days, but I'll like to assess my bodies reaction to the introduction of these substances.
My first jab - A friend had offered to help me with my injections, offering some moral support and what have you. I took my bits to his house and was invited in. To my surprise he brings me into his lounge, where his girlfriend & dad are sitting. Now, when you bare in mind that I wanted pretty much, No one knowing I was going to be using, this pissed me off. He had cats jumping around the room, then wanted me to drop my trousers.. I told him I would just like to be told the process & that I will do it later that day. So I left, took a shower, and sat down on the bed. Prepped my needle, cleaned the injection site, I chose right quad, BAM, I'm in. Ok, I was a little shaky, the syringes are a little stiff, but I aspirated and before i knew it, I was done. I have since just done my second jab, I went with the left quad, next week I'll go glutes.
As to how I'm feeling atm, well, 1.5 weeks in, I'm feeling great, purely psychological at this early stage, but any good result, is a good result.
My recovery has really hastened, as you can see from my lifts above, my chest is lagging, I'm going to use this increased recovery to focus on improving my chest. I'm going to create a training split that will allow me to train certain parts twice a week, as till now, I have been using a fairly standard, everything once a week system.
I trained back today, my lower back pumped so bad! Is this something people find with Deca? I have read about it for Dbol .
Anyway, thanks for reading! hopefully I'm not going to be roped into the idiot young people category, or the youngs cycle gone wrong thread! lol.
