-mon/chest -tues/back -wed/shoulders -thurs/legs -fri/arms. abs eod and sometimes i switch up my workout days
Diet i have down pretty good i work heavy highway at a fast pace and burn through calories i eat clean and organic i basically listen to my body on the diet part
Im thinking on running test e or sust with primo tren e mast and var
-Test e or Sust @ 500mg ew for 14wks
-Primo @ 600mg ew for 14wks
-Mast @ 400mg ew for 14wks
-Tren E @ 400mg ew for 10wks starting week 4
-Var at 60mgs a day for 10wks same as tren
On hand ill have caber,adex,aromasin havnt needed them before ever but i keep em on hand just in case
Also my picture is old when i was at 175lbs before that one person chimes in id add new ones and videos of my workouts but i dunno how to do that on the app it wont even let me update my avatar
