I know that a lot of you guy's like to cook 15lbs of some sh*t every Sunday, It drives me crazy that 3 days from now you're gonna have dried up bbq chicken crap, but I understand that some dont have the time or the desire to sit and do anything. Well, the wife started school again & I'm crazy busy and neither of us have a lot of time. So what I did is "bulk prep" I took most items that you will need during the week and cut or chopped all of them today, that way 95% of everthing is done and during the week you only need 10min or so and you have a fresh cooked meal.

Diced chicken, whole chicken breast, diced onions, jullienned onions, cabbage, diced pork, pork steaks, carrots, celery, tomatoes, cilantro etc..now you're probably wondering WTF is that bread looking crap on the side? Its actually eggs, yes eggs. I took 36 egg whites with 10 yolks, salt, pepper, placed them on a well "pammed" cookie sheet, 350* for 12min or so. Why did I do that? now you can jullienne it for fried rice, or cut a piece off for a sandwich or use it as a protien alternative. When I have more time I'm actually going to start seasoning it for different uses.
