Stinging Nettle will help as will supplementing with Vit D which is well known to lower shbg and allow more free T. It's called a vitamin but it's actually a hormone! Most all are low so be sure you test your 25 Hydroxy as well during your next pull. 5K IU's per day of D3 is pretty much a normal dose to start with if low. Concurrently at 7000 I used D and nettle to effectively lower my shbg. What dose of Stinging nettle and do you use DIM also? There are some really good threads here on D. Search them up. Or google pubmed / vitamin D and read up.
There is one other prescription item some docs will use to lower shbg. Research Danazol if you like. Again, it's temporary and your best route is mentioned above, IMHO.
Couple more things. Your BW should be 6 weeks into your new protocol, not 12. Everything was tanked according to my previous BW but will mention it to DR Your hcg should probably be at least twice per week as well. Either both one and two days prior to your T or just two consistent days. Sorry that I was not clear, I am 250 iu 2 days before test. like Crisler's original protocol.
