Hcg advice required please

Hi, I have never used hcg before and I am getting to the end of a 12 week cycle of omnadren. My testes have shrunk quite a bit and I need to get them back to normal again now..
I am a newbie to the hcg / nolvadex cycle, could someone please tell me how much should I be taking and how often. I couldn't get them earlier when I started my cycle of omnadren so Is it to late to start it now? I started the omnadren cycle with one a week and went on to 2 a week and have now tapered back to one, do I start taking hcg now or should I wait until the aas is out of my system completely?
Any advice will be of great help..

1. You should not have begun this cycle without hCG or any other compounds that you needed.

If you couldn't acquire it then, what makes you think you can now at the end of your cycle? Or are you just looking for answers because you now see that Testicular Atrophy is real? I'll never understand this.

2. Stay away from blends from now on. (personal opinion, thought i would share it with you)

What does your recovery plan look like?

Did you use an AI on cycle?

Thanks for the reply, I have not used AI whilst on this cycle.. I have just received HCG and nolva and I know it's late but was wondering if there was any way that I could use it now.
Many years ago when I was younger I used a lot of anabolics and never used pct or AI and suffered teste shrinkage but I came off the gear without anything as my trainer never informed me that I needed it..they never came back to their normal size but did grow back a lot... This is why I don't know a lot about taking pct etc...
I am going to have to go through an IVF cycle soon and I need my body to get back to normal ASAP..
I was tested early last year and my sperm was nearly perfect but am scared now that I may have left it too late...my next test will prob be around 6-8 weeks time..
I am sure I have read that some people take HCG towards the end of a cycle as well as clomid, nolva etc...
Any help would be greatly appreciated..

Ive never used hCG during recovery so i cant help you there.

Take a look at these threads. They will take some of the guess work out of the PCT equation for you, and shed some light on hCG as well.
