    Steroid look

Do bodybuilders really ever come off? How do they always look so big and also lean? I mean paper thin skin with abs. I know obviously diet, but nothing is magic. How do you achieve a very lean, dense look? I have been battling higher bodyfat and my body just doesnt look anywhere near very lean and big muscles even with cycles.

yes sure diet is a big part but when heavy AAS doses are used even if diet isnt perfect you will still get bigger and leaner and that is a fact
you need to workout heavy and eat with 70-80% clean diet. its ok to miss meals here and there. its not as how some people make it look like. " if you miss a diet you are done"
thats bullshit... pros are on alot of HGH which is awesome for getting u lean and heavy doses of test and other ass... i remember reading somewhere that Nassir El Sonbati was on 5g test a week... crazy!

That's nuts but believable. I'd like to really know what those guys run. Dorian Yates claimed to have ran a seemingly very low amount for a BB.

It's genetics and drugs and most importantly the genetic response to the drugs. The bodybuilder's diet, those you're referring to is far below these two factors in terms of importance. The idiotic bodybuilding magazines imply it's the diet and hard work ethic that makes these guys but that's a lie. Don't get me wrong, some of these guys work very hard but genetics and drugs still remain paramount.

    Facts:

*Most bodybuilders do not eat clean year round or even close to clean. Most eat pretty clean when they're prepping but some can keep a lot of dirty food in their diet all the way up to 6-8wks out and most all can keep cheat meals in there till a week or two before a show.

*A pro bodybuilder, an actual friend once told me his biggest struggle with dieting was making sure he stopped eating cake every day 5wks out.

*Most pro bodybuilders do not follow an extremely strict off-season diet. They just make sure they get plenty of calories. They'll keep their food fairly clean, as in not a lot of fast food or fried foods and certainly not a lot of processed foods but if they want a junk meal they'll eat it.

*Most bodybuilders do not look like they do on stage or on the cover of a magazine year round. And when they don't look like that or at least somewhat impressive is when you don't see them...if you pay close attention you'll notice a lot (not all but a lot) always sort of disappear for a little bit each year or lay low so to speak. Most bodybuilders take off from training each year for several weeks if not more than a month to let their body's heal and recover.

*The biggest fact of all, most of us want to believe it's all about diet and hard work because it makes us feel better about ourselves and it gives us a personal justification for AAS use. Most of us do not have the genetics these men have, again the genetic response to gear or the mean to use as much gear as they do.

    These are the facts.

it's funny you guys say diet, when interviewed bbs have said the guy with the best gear wins the show.

That's because they assume that they all have diet intact leaving the variable to be the potency of gear..

And some people just like to be an ass and say things controversial. Arnold use to say drink, eat, smoke what you want.

Are you saying that these bodybuilders actually follow a strict diet?
