Has anybody here used Exemestane as part of their PCT to any great effect? I realise most people use it on cycle as an AI, but I did notice it could be used in PCT according to some people. Any thoughts?

I personally do not like using an ai in pct. Id tend to stick to a serm based pct. Just my opinion.

Aromasin is a hormone therapy that is used to treat advanced breast cancer in post-menopausal women but people should not stop taking Aromasin without discussing with your physician.

Just I have loads of it on hand, plus usual clomid. Just don't have any tamox right now, seems to be harder to get in pill form right now where I am.

The arr liquid tamox has served me well several times if that helps.

Are you inquiring about using an AI in PCT only, and not on cycle? Or both?

If both on cycle and during recovery, then i suggest you investigate the behavior of an AI. Arguably the goal of an AI is to reduce unusually high levels or Estrogen in order to prevent a host of associated sides. And during recovery (PCT) exogenous testosterone is metabolized in your body while waiting for the ester to clear - Estrogen levels will naturally depreciate lacking any additional exogenous testosterone.

Therefore it is not recommended to continued any AI during the course of recovery as this may reduce Estrogen levels too low. The goal here is to maintain stable and "normal" levels of E2.

*Always include an AI on cycle, unless bloodwork suggests otherwise.

I used it on my last pct which I am actually in the end stages of now. It saved my a$$ but I was quite fat so my e2 went pretty high.

t = last long ester inj.

clomid, tamox, aromasin, hcg
t -2 weeks: 0, 0, 25mg ed, 1500 iu x 1 (t-2 and t-1)
t: 0, 20mg, 25mg ed, 200 iu ed
t+2: 100mg, 20/40mg alt.days, 25mg eod, 500 iu eod
t+4: 50mg, 20/40mg alt days, 12.5mg eod, 500iu eod
t+6: 0, 12.5mg when / if needed. My e2 feels stabilized now so may not continue, 20/40mg alt days, 500iu eod
