Swollen calves and ankles due to testosterone

So I've been taking 200 mg a week test cyp since Feb 8. Ankles swelled up soon after.

Thought it was high estrogen after reading the posts stating test raised E and that can cause swelling.

I had been taking 1 mg anastrozole 2x week and thought maybe it wasn't enough so I starting taking it eod. Swelling remained but now I was anxious and felt like shit. Libido tanked.

So I got a blood test and it showed my E was tanked. Test was awesome at 1138 So I stopped the anastrozole and recouped enough E to feel better again

But my ankles are still swollen

Now I read that testosterone can cause leg and ankle swelling. And I believe it.

So how do I stop my legs from swelling?

A couple of tips are to eat very clean,,,and watch your sodium intake. Up your own water intake
you could be a little dehydrated and your body is trying to hold on to all the water it can.

Is this a cycle or TRT? If TRT you may need to reduce your dosage just a bit. It very well may not be your sweet spot at 200mg and you would do better long term with a lesser amount. 1mg adex eod is ridiculous. Consider the avg 500mg cycle dosage is .25mg eod.

On my last test cycle I flew and when I got off plain my ankles and lower legs were really swollen. Do you sit alot? You may want to make sure you are moving your legs if sitting alot to improve circulation as well

Yes this is trt. And I eat pretty darn clean although I ate two slices of pizza today. But that's rare for me. My sodium intake was very low. I didn't add salt to anything until recently (after my legs were swelling) and I only added it after reading I need iodine. Lol.

I wouldn't doubt the 200 mg is a bit much. I'm oily as ****. And I do drink lots of water. But I could drink more and see what happens

But yes I sit a lot. Most of the day. I walk around here and then but I'm sitting for the most part.

I've been wearing those compression stockings and they seem to be helping.

Oh ya. I've reduced my anastazole to .25 mg twice a week since I saw my E2 was tanked three weeks ago

Ever had your heart looked at?
Congestive Heart Falilure causes edema in the lower extremities, and having high-optimal t levels may be too much for your heart.
I don't know anything about your physical condition or health, so i'm just guessing.

Otherwise, i'd blame sodium or lack of water intake.

I had a stress test several years ago and there were no issues. Overall health is great. I'm 6'6" 260 ilbs. About 22% bf. I exercise 4 days a week lifting. Don't really do cardio tho. Before starting the test in February I was 245 lbs. I gained a lot of muscle since starting the test.
