    Creatine mix

I take kre alkalyn about an hour pre, then muscle pharm assault a half hour pre and then 5 grams of mono after. I didn't create this cocktail thinking the different forms would benefit me differently. But for me there is a major difference in training strength and fatigue and recovery when I don't do the stack..Does any one take this much? If so do you cycle off? My water intake is a gallon + daily

there is nothing fancy about creatine. just take mono, 5 grams a day, whenever, and forget about it...

    ...don't over analyze this

Here is a great thread on creatine. As many here will attest to, the supplement industry is a billion dollar industry; so there is a lot of shit that gets marketed that aren't worth a cent. I just recently started taking creatine, but I am just taking micronized creatine monohydrate. There is a lot more credible research on this type of creatine, and many of the other types are just a bunch of hype.

Mono alone does nothing for me as far as pump and strength. I still take it because it does work for me in recovery.. i noticed without the mono I was really sore

Yeah, it is recommended that you take monohydrate after your workout. If you are looking for a great pump, then (this may sound weird) Cialis is great. Unfortunately, I can't afford this at the moment; but ask many members here about it. I know when I first heard about this I had MANY doubts. I mean a drug for ED being used as a pre-workout supplement? I have read a lot on the topic and talked to several very knowledgable members on this forum, and they love it. Some members have even ranked Cialis as their number one supplement. I am only 24, so I was hesitant about taking the drug. After reading about it though, I am more than willing to take it once I can afford it. There are no bad side-effects or risks even for a twenty-year old.
