    Refrigerating vitamins, minerals etc.

Just curious if it's wrong/right/indifferent to refrigerate stuff like your multivitamins, fish oil pills, melatonin, zma, etc ? I've been refrigerating for years fairly blindly. Hopefully someone can shed some light.

You shouldn't be refrigerating any of your supplements because the refrigerator contains a certain amount of humidity, which is a spoiler for your supplements.

Room temperature, dry and avoid sunlight.

Alright good to know thank you. What if where I live during the summer is very humid and damp as opposed to dry, is it still correct to leave them out ?

I would try to find a relatively dry and cool environment for them. According to experts, refrigerating your supplements is just as bad as leaving them out at a very humid and damp environment.

Agreed. I would read the label and see what it suggests for each item.
