None, because those hand held readers suck.

The electronic bf testers are have large deviations. +/- 10%. Calipers are more accurate. There's a new technology called bodpod. They are not everywhere but they are accurate. I luckily have one less then 10 mins from me. The most accurate is water tank.

The bodpod I used is +/- 1%.....is water tank more accurate than that?

From my understanding the water is slightly more accurate. But then again u have to get dunked in a tank a bunch of times. I'd rather do bodpod for 1 min and be almost exact reading then dunked in a tank to be just slightly more accurate.

It's nice having it so close cause I can use it at the end of each bulk and cut.

The electronic sensors can help track you're bf if you're gaining or losing but even that is very flawed.

For accuracy, its tough to beat a Bodbod as already suggested.

As far as those hand held gizmos, i feel that folks on here are more accurate than those things.

I see new gym members using this handheld thing when they first start with a trainer. Enter your age, height, weight, etc. they always use it before a workout and I heard them say on a basically empty stomach. Seems all these factor into play with this battery powered device. I wouldn't consider it accurate at all.
