    anybody in here juicing? lol

nooooooo, not THAT juice silly, fruits and vegetables!

i tried some at a friends house the other day and it was amazing....only problem was that one glass had more veggies than ive eatin in a year, and by the time i got home i had HORRIBLE gut cramps, sweatin, shittin, and a lot of whinning like a lil girl.....

my question is, how long does it take for the body to get used to such concentrated amounts of vegetables like that? a glass a day and just suck up the agony until i get used to it? or just little bits at a time?

i love the idea of getting the nutrients so efficiently....i just dont like the way it felt

Holy shit!! I thought I was reading my own post... the title, and opening sentence are nearly identical... guess you and I are just that clever Beast lol!

I bought a Breville centrifugal juicer about 6 months ago and love it. I haven't used it much lately tbh... mainly due to cost (organic veggies ain't cheap!) and secondarily due to laziness ( clean/cut/washing parts etc).

Fresh juicing is a great addition to any health-conscious diet.

As for your problem - I'm inclined to think it was a specific ingredient that didn't agree with you moreso than just a large concentration of good stuff. Unfortunately, narrowing it down would require several attempts and process of elimination, one ingredient at a time.
