Why would there be less gains? 400mg a week is about the minimum to see results. 250mg is a little over TRT dosage.
If your saying lower dose to try and save money well then don't even do AAS at all.. No offense
The recommended dose of test cyp would be like 400-500mg a week. Personally I pin every 3.5 days , don't like going over 4.5 days.. Need to keep blood levels constant! No ups and downs
Are your stats really 20 years old 5'9 at 160 lbs?
What about taking the 400mg of test c in one pin per week would that be different then e3.5days gainz wise?, im 25 not 20, i weight 187lbs, 5 9
If can be done, 400mg's is fine, I grew at 400mg once per week.. Put on 20lbs and after everything was said and done kept 12 lbs. I was 220 lbs when I used test..
I do notice I break out sooner on cycle doing once per week compared to twice per week!
Lowest I would go is 350mg's test..
Gain size is gonna come from busting ass in the gym, eating clean, good diet, and days off.. Cyp has a long ester . Approx 7 days. So if you did 1 pin on Monday at 400mg by the time Friday/Saturday came around your blood levels would be heading downward. Hence the fact that pinning E3.5D would allow you to keep a more steady blood level.
