any of you used Glucuronolactone before?

I got a free 100g sample of Glucuronolactone when I bought some creatine monohydrate. (my protein "brand")

Any of you had any experience with Glucuronolactone?

I just recall reading somewhere along the way that it has some type of liver protecting qualities but I dont remember any more than that Sorry.

It's a pre workout that gives you energy apparently, I've also read something about it protecting the liver. I've got the stuff so may as well try it out.
