Clen is used to help cut weight on a calorie deficit....you do not want to be in a calorie deficit during pct....does that help?Originally Posted by noon

Yes I don't rate it too highly, it's not bad but don't expect miracles that's for sure, but a great addition to a well tuned diet and cardio regime..
I get bad headaches from it even while consuming lots of water, and supplementing with taurine and potassium.
I like clen, I've used it on cycle, in pct, and not on anything. I do like it in PCT because it allows you to eat a bit more to keep your gains without putting on excess body fat. Everyone has a different opinion of it though. I love it
Lol so true. I hate clen with a passion. Hate how it makes me feel so jittery. Also I feel so hot. I remember sitting in class one day and I was on a 4 dose day, I had to walk out of lecture hall because of it. The girl next to me thought I was having a heart attack lol
It does work wonders though thats for sure. I passed a bottle onto my friend who was 20% and he dropped to sub 12%
