Swollen Glute - For How Long?

Hello All,
What experiences have you had with a swollen glute after a Test E pin.

I had my first ever pin on Monday late afternoon and the pain had gone down, the tenderness has gone down but not all the way. The swelling however is still there when i flex. Almost like i can grab my glute muscle.

Not enjoying my first experience in which i waited so long for. How long can this stay like that for? It was a little red around the site but also tender so could have been a little bruising but i am not and have not run fever.

It felt a tiny bit warm to me yesterday but that could also just be me. today i have no redness i would say its a tiny bit less swollen but still swollen

Don't worry it'll pass. Every now and then you will have a bad injection that will swell up. If its an infection then it will get worse. I remember by young paranoid days

still a good idea to rub it out after heat being that i pinned on Monday or will that just cause more irritation?

Have you injected your delt yet? Try there next. Make sure you're steady and not causing any tissue trauma.
