Fina and Prop

I have 40 fina 75 mgs and 20 prop. I understand you should do both once a day. My question is can you eliminate 2 shots by putting them together in one syringe and taking a 2c shot?

yes, mix them as they are both suspended in oil.

the only time you can not combine is when one is oil based and the other is water based.

thanks. I thought Prop was water based. I know you got to shoot everyday. Thats why I asked cause 2 a day isnt the greatest thing to look foward too.

I got them mixed up. Prop is oil my bad. I was thinking of suspension. Which one should I run with fina. Prop. or Susp.?

run the prop and keep the fina/prop shots to everyday.

thanks. I'm thinking about going in the tricep some. Should I go into the horsehow part of the muscle or above or below it. I cant find any info on that?

i only do tricep spot injects into the lateral head (biggest part of my tricep or what you are calling the horseshoe i believe)

other than delts, tricep injections with fina rock my world.
