    Long training ???

I was looking at the workout of Lazar Angelov and I was suprised of how many exercise He was doing...

6 exercise per muscle 2/3 muscle per day (3 exercise for abs)

His training look like 2 hours long...
    Exemple:
His chest workout: (do not include the abs part...)
    Flat Bench: 4 Sets × 8 Reps
    Incline Bench: 4 Sets × 8
    Decline Bench: 4 Sets × 8
    Pullovers: 4 Sets × 12
    Hammer Press: 3 Sets × 12
    Dips: 3 Sets × 12
I personally do not have that much time...

My workout normally is splitted like this:

    Monday: Chest-Upper back
    Tuesday: Quad-hamstring-glute
    Wednesday: Shoulder-lat
    Thursday: rotator cuff-Calves-abs
    Friday: Biceps-triceps
Week-ends: Rest or cardio (depending on my goal)

That kind of training works well for me so I stick with it.

Normally I do 4 exercise 3x(8-15) per muscle or 3 exercise 4x(8-15) depending on how I feel.
45minutes to 1hours training almost never more. Super-set mostly.

I want to bulk-up and sculp the shape of my muscle as much as I can.

I wanted to have your opinion on:

2 hours long training, is it really better??? As far as I know too long create too much stress on the body and overtraining at that amount of time is a serious concern...

On cycle: will 2 hours will be noticeably better than 1 hours. (Naturally, I can't keep up intensity past 1 hours...)

Lazar angelov is all about muscular definition. Do it really need that much exercise... Or we simply can change our training every 2 month to define what we want to define?

    What you think about it??

    Thanks

Completely aside: I've read that lot of guys were training their add/abd... is it important to add it in my training??
in term of exterior propriety I don't see any point to do that, and in term of functionality it will just adapt to the rest... I may be wrong...

That's way too much. How he isn't overtraining is beyond me. That sounds like me when I was a rookie.

If your training natty you shouldnt spend longer than an hour in the gym. When you start training your body will naturally boost testosterone levels. This increased output peaks somewhere around a half hour into your workout. Around 45-minute mark your testosterone levels are coming back down to baseline. After sixty minutes your body will start to produce less testosterone and more cortisol. Advanced trainers have become more accustomed to the working out and cortisol levels are significantly lower at the end of a workout. Take BCAAs they go right to suffering cells and repair them more rapidly and will help combat the release and effects of cortisol.
