starting this cycle monday have had this in ind for about a yr, just one and done.. for a few yrs at least. ive read a lot an am knwoledable of the risk side effects an "long temrs", test cyp 500mg 10 weeks maybe longer if all goes well
GOAL; gain 15-20lbs an have a aesthetic look, tryin to gain good size but keepin it all lean. any ideas for super foods? or any good meals can cook up would love anyones advise. thanks!!!!!!

3whole eggs 7 whites
cup of aotmeal
banna-or some fruit(AVACODO)
fat free or 1% millk
water also some days will throw in fat free yogurt with blueberries n raspberries
10:00am
little tna, protien drink,
turkey sandwhich
w/ spinach or some kind of veggies
12:00
some kind of meat- chicken, hamburg
cup of veggies
FF milk or water
2:00
some kind of meat- chicken ,hamburg, turkey

apple / banana/ orange(some kind of fruit)

4:00pm
meat, turkey sandhich2x, tuna, fish ,chicken

6pm
could be anything, some meat tuna , chicken,(.any good source of protein))

about 1cup of fat free cottage cheese, wheat cracker w/ natural penutbutter
10pm- protien drink whey, slow absorption
all drinks consist of: water- green tea(nothing added to it), and once in a while maybe once a day a glass FF milk
suppliment. glutamine; fish oils 2 in am2 before bed, multi vitamins(brand;one a day) protein powder casein, for night(slow observing) an will probly get some creatine maybe
diet will change up once ahwile but always same consep of the foods. -protein fat carbs-
