UGL Oil Question

I have a vial of some UGL oil that says CONTENTS PER ML: 80MG. TESTOSTERONE PROPIONATE, 20MG. TESTOSTERONE BASE

I know the base is without the ester attached. What's the purpose of the base in there?

Depending on ur dosages, u could pin ed, preworkout. That base might give ya a lil extra pep in the gym. But yeah like Pann said...really random blend

I usually pin at night after a hot shower. Might have to try and pin early before the gym to take advantage of the base.
