well since my broken ribs it has been about 4 months and a 15lb muscle loss since i have been able to lift hardcore.
so i am determined to get back in shape.
i wanted to see how strong i was
so mon i went and bought a pint of my fav ice cream (chunky munky) and put it in the freezer to see if i could hold out.
well its fri and that fucker is still there and it will be till sun for my cheat meal.
on sun i am gonna get up go due cardio then come home smoke a fatty and eat my well deserved pint of ice cream.
and if i am really strong i will throw it out and go buy an ice cream sandwich. lol
