This is SUPER easy and fast. Coat a piece of aluminum foil with pam or EVOO and sprinkle some cajun spice on there. I prefer Dinosaur cajun forplay, it may just be a local brand tho. Put fish on sprinkle cajun on top and put the foil on a hot grill. Flip after 3-4 minutes and you'll be good to go. Takes less than 10minutes start to finish.

Extra light virgin olive oil in pan with some minced onion (buy a bottle, don't cut them)
coat filet's with:
Lemon juice
Lemon-pepper seasoning
Garlic salt
Love them.
