    Starting first cycle ever

    Hi all. I am new to this site. Im going to be starting a cycle, first ever. A buddy of mine is recommending I go with test 350 1ml/wk for 10wks. I am 5'11 140lbs and 31 yrs old. I am looking to add muscles mass and weight and get big and cut by beach time. I workout 4 times a week hard.

    So the question is do y'all think this test350, I don't know if its a blend or what, is the way to go. Should I combine it with something else? Any and all help is appreciated.

    Diet only. Please visit the nutrition forum. Until you gain 40lbs plus you should not be considering AAS.

    I have weighed this weight for 13yrs and for the past 6 months I've been eating about 2200 calories a day with 160g of protein. All good calories and low fat content and fat calories. Just can't seem to put the weight on.

    Tell me bout it. I've been stuffing my face for the past 6 months and weight will fluctuate from 140-145 but however I am getting stronger as I can lift more but weight isn't increasing. This is why I am curious about test 350 with good nutrition.

    I know girls that eat more than that! You better double those numbers and put on some weight before AAS. Learn how to eat before you learn how to inject.

    You're simply not eating enough. No matter what you think. It can be hard to do. AAS now would be a waste of your money. Visit the nutrition forum as Black said and read the sticky threads on bulking. Or post up your daily diet and the vet's there will critique it for you and help you make progress!

    Then you need to eat more, simple as that. Take your protein up to 200g and your total cals up to 2700. What younareveating is not stuffing your face.

    I read the post you suggested and I will be eating more as per your advice and will also post on the nutrition forum what I eat daily and see where to go from there. Also I will eat more too around 2700+ cal/day thank you

    U need to get protein to minimum 200g
    Put some more rice in there
    And some fat sources like almonds and peanut butter
    U can easily bring it up to 3000 and u will start gaining weight
    Do u run or do any sport or cardio ?
    Cuz that burns shit load of calories
