Bodyfat % question regarding cycling test (recreationally) vs TRT (prescribed)

    Apologies for the semi-cryptic Title!

Here is my question that may have a simple answer.
I understand all of the risks associated with cycling (recreationally) with a high BF% ETC.... However I am curious as to how DR's prescribe Test to folks regardless of their BF% if they have low test? I know a couple older guys that are on the Test gel that's 1% (Can't remember the name) and they have not seen any side effects at all really, they have been losing weight, mood has increased. Now these guys were obese (say 40% BF) when they started taking it. Is the difference the dosing of what is prescribed versus what is taken recreationally (250wk - 500wk +)?

TRT dose of test is much lower than for bodybuilding. Some men still can have bad sides even at TRT doses. The more BF the more likely to have sides. It all comes down to the individual.

Hormone replacement doctors are like pot doctors. They don't care what side effects you have just sign the consent form and pass up the credit card!
