I've been eating around 4000 up untill 2 weeks ago and I'm cutting carbs back, dairy and sugar and sodium. Here is a pic from today. Calipers had me at 12%. Veins showing in shoulder and chest. 186lbs

No. Never ran tren. Just 80mg var And 400mg test.

Thanks man. You are looking good. I'm 5'11 always been skinny.graduate highschool at 157lbs. Trained for 4 years naturally and couldn't ever break 175. 2nd cycle and i got to 191. No I'm trying to cut down to 180 and get sub 10%. Lower stomach fat is hardest part. ESP when I enjoy beer on the weekends. My strength is great. I got 375 on flat bench for 1. People af my gym that are 240 looked at me like damn thy little kid just threw up 375 on bench easy. And 405 squat for 2.
