    Joints and steroids

I have more pain than I think I should at my age in my knees/elbows/shoulders. I'm 6' tall and weigh 220 lbs (low end on bodyfat, never had it measured before) I'm 34 years old and fairly athletic. I lift hard 5 times a week hitting each bodypart once a day. It seems like as soon as my knees get better from heavy squats then my elbows will start acting up. My question is this, I have yet to cycle test or AAS and want to know if any of you have had joint pain go away when you started steroid use?

Deca has been known to relieve joint pain in some people. Most people I know end up having some relief but really none to constitute doing a cycle only for that reason. There are plenty of supplements that can relieve joint pain without doing gear

Oh that's definitely not the main reason I want to do a cycle. Mass is always the priority I was just curious if a nice side effect would be joint repair. Fish oil and vitamins just aren't cutting it. Thanks though, appreciate the response.

If it makes you feel any better I run a nutrition and supplement shop and do gear and my shoulders hurt all the time, lol

Find me an athlete or body builder without pain in their 30's and I will pull a rabbit out of my ass. OP welcome to the club of being active when your body starts crapping out on you.

My dog has a bad hip and I have bad knees, bad shoulder, pain in my neck. Every morning I make my breakfast he gets his glucosamine and I take mine. Same thing at dinner! It def helps!

OP, the joint relief you might get from Deca isn't all that the people on here would lead you to believe.

If your elbows are hurting, fill a bucket up with ice water and let your elbows sit in it for like 10-15 mins. It'll help with the inflammation. If I were you, I'd also work on exercise form. Better it is, the less damage you'll be causing yourself.
